TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2012

No mare will be accepted onto the stud without negative results for
CEM, EVA, EIA swabs/tests taken within one month before arrival.
It is recommended that mares are vaccinated for Flu/Tet but tetanus as a minimum is required.
All pregnant mares need to have been vaccinated for EHV at 5, 7and 9 months

All mare/foals will be given hard feed/forage as required.
We reserve the right to stable all visitors in inclement weather and the livery fees will be changed accordingly .
All Keep and A.I. Fees to be paid in FULL before the mare leaves the stud.
All mares will be wormed with Equest on arrival and at recommended intervals as well as being trimmed by the stud’s Farrier as necessary, and will be charged to the mare owner.
Mares must arrive at the stud with her passport and all other relevant paperwork/health certificates.
Vet fees will be charged directly to the mare owners from our vets and we are able to offer a VERY COMPREHENSIVE vet package please contact us for the information sheet and prices.
Mares/Foals will be given utmost care and
attention, but we accept no responsibility for any accident or disease.
Mares are covered at the owner’s risk.

I hereby understand and agree to the above terms and conditions and will fulfil my obligations as above with regard to documentation, health checks and payment of fees to the stud, Vets and Electrum's/Scallys Missiles' owner Ms L A Kerr.
